Books/Journals- Notify us within 7 days you receive the item- receive a full refund ( item must be in the same condition as sent to buyer)

If you notify us of your training  cancellation  7 days or more before the scheduled training- receive a full refund of your payment.

6 days to the day of  the scheduled training-receive  65% of your payment

*1 day up to the 30th calendar day after the scheduled training-receive a in house credit toward the next scheduled training in your area or locally, whichever comes first. 

Note: If you do not notify us within the 30 days after your scheduled paid training and re-register, you will forfeit your funds and any credits available. 

*****On the 31st day you will  have to resubmit full training payment for any future training that you would like to attend.

********Exception to the policy is on a case to case basis. 

MJD holds the rights to approve or disapprove the exceptions.

The Mattie J Dawson Center holds the right to cancel a training or seminar. 

Seminars with 4 or less paid registrants  are subject to be rescheduled for a later date or full payment will be refunded for the scheduled training
